     The stainless steel dolphin sculpture is made by forging technology, with a rigorous and delicate whole production process. First of all, designers build clay models according to project drawings, repeatedly adjust the posture, radian and lines of dolphins to restore the vivid posture of dolphins leaping out of the water. After finalizing the design, fiberglass molds are made. Then the stainless steel plates are split according to the molds. A laser cutting machine is used for precise cutting, and a CNC bending machine bends and shapes the plates to gradually form the smooth body curved surface, fins and tail outline of the dolphin.

     Craftsmen use an argon arc welding machine to weld and splice the split plates, assembling each component into a complete dolphin shape. Weld seams are polished after welding to eliminate splicing marks. Then it goes to the fine polishing process. With tools such as angle grinders and polishing wheels, multiple procedures including rough grinding, medium grinding, fine grinding and mirror finishing are carried out to polish the whole sculpture into a high-bright mirror effect. Finally, surface protection treatment is conducted to remove surface impurities, followed by finished product inspection. The whole set of production adopts professional equipment including laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine, argon arc welding machine, large polishing machine, grinder and angle grinder. Relying on manual forging and polishing by craftsmen, the natural and smooth curved beauty of the sculpture is preserved.
