Step 2: Clay prototype making. Sculptors manually create scaled models with clay sculpting tools, polish curved details repeatedly to restore the naturally soft outline and spot texture of mushrooms. Step 3: Mold making. Apply a silicone layer on the outer surface of the clay model, then cover it with a fiberglass outer mold. Remove the clay body to form a hollow precision mold. Step 4: Laminating and forming. Mix resin and curing agent, lay glass fiber cloth layer by layer inside the mold, brush and compact glue for each layer. After curing and demolding, the rough sculpture blank is obtained. Step 5: Trimming and polishing. Use angle grinders, belt sanders and polishing machines to trim and polish the blank to remove burrs and splicing seams. Step 6: Primer spraying. Spray white or gray primer with a spray gun to fill tiny air holes. Step 7: Hand painting. Artists color manually according to the design drawing, painting the main color of caps, spots and stipe textures. Step 8: Topcoat sealing. Spray outdoor polyurethane protective topcoat to resist ultraviolet rays and rainwater erosion. Step 9: Finished product inspection. Check surface smoothness, color uniformity and base stability, then pack the products for delivery.
